Following the successful installation of the Hybrid covers at Bridport we have been awarded orders to cover a fourth new tank at Bridport and two new build tanks at Poole in Dorset.

September 2006

We are pleased to announce a second contract for our unique hybrid fabric covers for Bridport.

Due to increased demand on the works a fourth SBR tank is to be constructed.

We are pleased to say that the site operations staff are pleased with the ease of opening and the fabric covers do not hold water (ponding).

July 2006

We have recently completed a contract on the south coast to

cover 4 aeration lanes and a sludge buffer tank.

Areas on the cover have designated walkways

enabling operators safe access onto the covers.

We received  our first major architectural order from CETEC Projects to carry out the manufacture of GRP PODS to form work and office modules on a prestigious Arts centre in West Bromwich. The order which is in excess of £300k required moulding to to the highest possible standard.

1/4 MILLION POUND CONTRACT AWARD

 Wessex Water site staff were having problems with covers fitted on a

previous contract that did not afford easy access to equipment below the

covers.

We were called into put forward suggestion on how to best solve the problem.

after many meetings with operations we put forward a NEW DESIGN cover utilising our standard Beam & Infil system with a retractable FABRIC section of cover.

A critical design statement  was the fabric covers needed to be operated by a single person both when opening and closing, also unlike other fabric covers we had to come up with a design that did not crab in operation.

MAY 2004

1/4 MILLION POUND CONTRACT AWARD

Following on from Phase 2 at Liverpool Sandon Dock Waste Water Treatment Works a further  order to provide GRP covers to a complete Actiflo®  plant.

The covers will consist of both fixed and sliding covers giving operators access for cleaning and maintenance.

1/2 MILLION POUND CONTRACT COMPLETED

A major project has been completed at United Utilities Liverpool Sandon Dock Waste Water Treatment Works. Working for BIRSE WATER the design, manufacture and  fitting of odour control covers to the works main inlet and all remaining channels and chambers was completed on time.

1/4 MILLION POUND CONTRACT AWARD

MARCH 2003

Contract awarded to design, manufacture and fit Covers to inlet works and aeration lanes at United Utilities DAVYHULME Waste Water Treatment Works.

For the second year running we will be working for BIRSE WATER on this prestigious project to improve air quality in the Trafford Area of Manchester
